Envoy Gateway HTTPS redirect | Maxime Moreillon

The following is a manifest to create an HTTPS redirection for HTTPRoute objects. In this example, all HTTProutes subdomains of example.com are handled by both an HTTP and HTTPS listener, named http and https respectively.
